Chefs at work

These are chefs in action in a very fine restaurant in the city of London, 1 Lombard Street. 

The kitchen was a study in calmness and measured concentration. It really was a pleasure to watch them work.

This was an exciting day, I was recently working for a company pitching for a contract, so my active drawing was part of it. 

The atmosphere was a cross between Dragons Den and an episode of Masterchef, because halfway through Michel Roux Junior made a guest appearance which really did lift the atmosphere!

This was an afternoon of recording thoughts and ideas from the IT department of a private healthcare company. They were a sparky fun crowd, so it was a lively afternoon, I was working for Creative Connection.

We were in the basement of a nightclub, drawing on our knees !
